Having led the Human Resources function in mining and energy organisations, Alison has significant experience developing and implementing people and change strategies in both operational and corporate environments.
As a former senior leader, Alison has worked hands-on to successfully deliver solutions to challenging and complex business transitions by identifying issues and building customised change plans that add sustainable value. She is a dynamic professional who builds credibility with leaders, functions, and the broader workforce by deeply understanding business needs and working collaboratively to deliver results.

As a qualified Industrial Engineer with career experience in business improvement, Amber’s analytical mindset differentiates her as an HR leader.
With over 15 years working in the global energy industry, Amber has led teams within talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition and business partnering.
She is a strong communicator skilled at assessing root cause issues and partnering with stakeholders to synthesize needs, business context and market research into solutions with clear and actionable plans.
